PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A $1000 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your spot for the retreat. Should you cancel your participation prior to the final balance due date (January 15, 2024) we will refund any payments you have made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

All payments become non-refundable after the final balance due date (January 15, 2024), regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes but is not limited to unforeseen circumstances such as a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, travel interruptions, personal emergencies, or any other situation that might prevent your attendance.

Sand Symes must adhere strictly to this cancellation policy to offset costs that are incurred well in advance of the retreat's commencement. For that reason, we highly recommend that all participants obtain "Cancel For Any Reason" travel insurance. This will help ensure that you can recover costs in the event that you need to cancel or modify your travel plans, even at the last minute.
