3 Ways To Fully Embrace The Feminine Goddess Within You
The world is living in chronic imbalance… Imbalance of the masculine and the feminine. Imbalance of the doing and the being. It’s led us to a world that prioritizes and celebrates the hustle and grind, the 80 hour work week, and the shiny new lamborghinis.
And because of that, many of us are suffering… suffering from chronic overwork, stress, anxiety, a feeling of restlessness, hopelessness, and dissatisfaction. We struggle to understand what it is we truly desire…
We struggle to speak up for ourselves and voice our desires.
We struggle to sit without distractions.
We struggle to leave toxic relationships.
We struggle with feelings of worthiness, belonging, and safety.
We struggle, struggle, struggle…
But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can consciously choose to live a more femininely balanced life. You can take steps towards standing fiercely in your feminine power. You get to decide that you’re a sovereign being - deserving of love, joy, pleasure, and connection.
And here are 3 ways you can immediately begin to embrace the feminine goddess within you…
Cultivate A Morning Ritual
Wake up 30 minutes earlier than you need you, and use this time to connect to your feminine power. This could look vastly different depending on what resonates most with you, but here are some of my favorite rituals…
- Journal your dreams or thoughts as soon as you awake.
- Sit or walk outside in nature, with no phone, books, or other distractions.
- Practice meditation.
- Make a coffee or tea and bask in the glory of each and every step, then sit and enjoy it without distractions.
- Practice gratitude.
- Light a candle and sit with your thoughts.
Remember, it’s not so much what you choose to do as your morning ritual, it’s how you do it. Your morning ritual should be a sacred act… something done with deliberate, focused intention.
One of the best ways to get out of your head and into your body is with an “active meditation” - like breathwork. I love breathwork, because even the chronic overthinkers who just can’t focus long enough to meditate can do breathwork.
When you're first starting, it’s important to start with short sessions - just 5 minutes or so… and then slowly build up from there.
Having a meditation or breathwork practice moves you into the feminine because it forces you to slow down and be present with yourself.
The practice will be messy at first - keep at it. Commit yourself to practicing everyday for a week, two weeks, or a month and gauge how you feel.
You’re likely to find yourself feeling more calm, more connected, and more clear with your thoughts and desires.
Spend Time In Nature
Nature is the ultimate medicine for (re)connecting to the feminine.
The forest, the ocean, the park, the tree in your backyard… these are all places that are abundant in the feminine energy of life and creation.
Spending just 5 to 10 minutes soaking up mother nature (without distractions) can instantly rebalance your feminine and masucline energies, and bonus - calm your nervous system too!

You live in a world that is chronically over-masculinized. It takes time, practice, and exploration to reconnect with, and fully embrace, the feminine birthright within you…
